My house is a small oasis in the very centre of the historical Perugia. It is part of an historical palace dating back to 1400. It features a small garden where one can seat for breakfast or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. It is a very quiet place as no cars can enter my little alley.



I am Giuliana, your host.

I was born in Perugia, and I spent here my youth. However, I spent part of my life abroad, in USA with a scholarship for a master degree, in France where I had a farm in the mountains, in Colombia from where comes my daughter and in Switzerland as I married a Swiss physician; he is the one who introduced me to a different way of travelling: he took me to Iran by car on my honey moon!

This is why I will be able to welcome you in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
Since I have returned to my hometown, I created a company that caters to visitors organizing for them cycling, hiking and food tours and thus, for the past 30 years I have been welcoming people from all over the world and showing them around my beautiful country.
Now is time to retire and, as I love hosting people, I decided to open my house to those who would like to get to know better this wonderful corner of Italy.

I hope you will enjoy your stay.

There are 3 bedrooms.

Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower, courtesy kit, hair drier, wine-glasses and an electrical kettle with teas.

Both open onto the garden where there is a common frigo-bar.
Breakfast is served in the terrace in front of your room.

In case of bad weather, breakfast will be served in a cozy room inside my house.
